YOGA CLASSES

DO I HAVE TO BOOK YOUR CLASSES ONLINE?

Ideally you can book a spot via the online tool. However, if easier you can also send me a mail via contact@elvedin.yoga and let me know which class you like to attend.

WHICH OF YOUR CLASSES IS BEST SUITED FOR ME?

I am designing all my classes to be suitable for all levels providing variations and different options depending on the level.

Prior knowledge is obviously helpful (as with all things in life), but it is no pre-requisite. Open mind and interest to experience movement is more important ;-)

CAN I ATTEND ALL YOUR CLASSES WITH A CLASS PASS

Yes, you can attend all displayed classes from the schedule overview.

Workshops or classes not part of the standard schedule are not covered by the class pass or normal class booking.

I BOOKED A CLASS, BUT CANNOT ATTEND - WHAT CAN I DO

You can cancel the class up to 24 hours before via the homepage.

If it is less than 24 hours and you cannot attend due to sickness, accident, or any other unforeseen situation, please contact me via email.

No refund can be guaranteed with a late cancellation.

DO YOU OFFER PRIVATE CLASSES AND HOW TO BOOK ONE?

Yes - If you enjoy a more private setting where you receive full attention, you can book a private class.

Please contact me via email so we can get to know each other and discuss details.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR THE MASSAGE?

The massage will be done with clothes on and without any oils on a futon or mat on the ground.

Ideally, you wear something comfortable that feels good and relaxing to you.

WHERE ARE THE MASSAGES PERFORMED?

Massages can be done either at my private space close to Triemli, or in the Yoga studio Yogalives at Giesshübelstr. 62a (next to Brunaupark).

DO I HAVE TO PREPARE IN SOME WAY BEFORE A MASSAGE

No special preparation is necessary. It is however recommended to not eat at least 1 hour before the massage; no alcohol or other highly stimulating substances.

IS THE MASSAGE FOCUSED ON SPECIFIC PROBLEMS OR AREAS OF THE BODY?

While every massage tries to cover every body part (lower body, upper body, head) even for just a brief moment, Thai Yoga Massage follows a therapeutical approach; this means that we can focus on specific areas and body parts if you have the need. This is especially useful when you plan to have a regular therapy schedule, that allows to progressively work on existing pain points.

CAN I USE MY COMPLEMENTARY INSURANCE (ZUSATZVERSICHERUNG)

Currently, I am not EMR/ASCA certified, with the goal of receiving certification in 2025.

Please let me know if you have further questions about this topic.
